1. Air-cooled
The condensing unit uses an external fan to directly remove heat from the condenser. It has a simple structure, flexible installation, and is suitable for locations with limited space or no water source.
The maintenance-free water system reduces the risk of leakage. Operating costs are mainly electricity, and overall reliability is high.
By optimizing fan blades and using high-efficiency copper tubing, heat dissipation efficiency can be improved, further reducing energy consumption per unit power.
2. Water-cooled
Using circulating cooling water or a cooling tower, heat is transferred to the water body before being dissipated. The condensing temperature is lower, and cooling efficiency is significantly improved.
In large commercial or industrial cold chain systems, water cooling can achieve larger cooling capacities, adapting to a wide power range from 1/4 to 100 HP.
Through a closed-loop circulation and water treatment system, water conservation and environmental protection can be achieved, meeting international certification requirements such as CE and RoHS.
3. Evaporative Cooling
Air is atomized and sprayed before entering the condenser, causing moisture to evaporate and absorb heat, thus lowering the inlet air temperature and reducing condensing pressure.
This method is particularly effective in high-temperature and high-humidity areas, significantly reducing energy consumption and improving COP (Coefficient of Performance).
Structurally, it can be combined with air-cooled or water-cooled units to achieve hybrid cooling, balancing energy saving and cost control.
